What does it cost when Families pay?
A payment processing fee: 3.9% + 30¢ for a card, or 1.5% for a bank payment (at most $10). Your Club chooses whether to cover it or add it. Court Work takes nothing on top.
What happens if a payment doesn't go through?
You see it on your Home. Nothing happens to the Player automatically; you decide what to do.
Can Families pay monthly?
Yes. Set a Team's fee as monthly payments and Families pay a little each month.
Can Families still pay us by cash or check?
Yes. Mark that fee paid another way, and it shows as paid.
