How it works.

Families sign up from one link

Share the link on your website, in a group text or on a flyer. Parents sign their Player up in a minute, on the web or in the app, and can pay a tryout fee. You watch the places fill: 30 of 40 signed up.

Coaches score every skill in the gym

Players check in and get a tryout number. Each Coach scores the skills your Club chose, like shooting and defense, from 1 to 5 on their own phone.

Place Players on Teams

See every Player's scores from every Coach side by side, with an average. Choose a Team for each Player, and see how many places each Team has left.

Questions Club owners ask.

What if the gym has no signal?

Coaches keep scoring. Every score is kept on the phone and sent when there's signal again.

Do Families see the scores?

No. Only your Club's staff see tryout scores. Families see their offer, or a kind note if there's no place this time.

Can we charge a tryout fee?

Yes. Families pay when they sign up, by card, Apple Pay or bank, straight to your Club's bank. A payment processing fee applies; your Club decides who covers it.

Do Families need the app to sign up?

No. They can sign up on the web from your link, with a code we email them, and answer their offer the same way.

How long are tryout scores kept?

They're deleted 30 days after the Season starts, as our privacy policy says.
